    An individually tailored full-body massage that releases tension, boosts circulation and helps you feel more relaxed and at ease.

  • Back & Neck Massage

    30 / 45 min

    Releases tension in the back, shoulders and neck for noticeable relief and new lightness.

  • Sports Massage

    30 / 45 min

    Similar to the classic massage, but with even more intensive pressure. A massage of the back and legs combines well here, for example.

  • Pregnancy Massage

    45 min

    So there is enough room for your belly and your baby, this massage takes place on a massage chair. Your muscles can relax and tension is released with gentle or firmer pressure, depending on the stage of pregnancy.

  • Lymphatic Drainage

    45 / 60 min

    Manual lymphatic drainage is a massage technique that clears congested lymph from the tissue. Removing waste products strengthens the immune system. Also recommended for water retention, after or during pregnancy, for rehabilitation after operations, as support during diets, or as facial lymphatic drainage (anti-aging).

  • Foot Reflexology Massage

    30 min

    Foot reflexology loosens muscles and tendons and boosts local circulation. Besides relaxation, it also helps with a wide range of chronic and acute complaints. Also good in combination with a back / neck massage.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    60 / 90 min

    A hot stone treatment combines massage and energy work. The intensive, soothing warmth enhances the massage effect and deepens relaxation.

  • Dorn Therapy

    60 min

    Over the course of life, uneven strain can lead to a tilted pelvis and differences in leg length. Individual vertebrae can also slip out of line and trigger complaints of all kinds. With Dorn therapy, leg lengths, the pelvis and individual vertebrae are gently corrected and brought back «into line». In combination with a back / neck massage.

Prices are based primarily on the length of the treatment – regardless of the treatment you choose. This lets me tailor the therapy individually to your needs.

Many treatments can be combined with one another – for example classic massage, lymphatic drainage, Dorn therapy or foot reflexology. Together we put the treatment together so that it fits your complaints and needs perfectly.

Cash or TWINT, right after the treatment.

Health insurance

Some insurers contribute a share of the cost if you have supplementary insurance. It is best to clarify this with your insurer beforehand.
